    Assign Package

    The Mailroom app takes a photo of the package, it allows to assign the package to a host or employee. All consignments are digitally logged on the dashboard.

    Automatically Notify

    The recipient is sent an automated notification email, with an image of the package attached. You can also send reminder emails in one simple tap from the dashboard.

    Parcel Collection

    Open the Mailroom app, capture a digital signature and the name of person collecting. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the recipient and digitally logged on the dashboard.

The Mailroom app and the real-time dashboard shows the status of every consignment. You can search for delivery/pick up information. From arrival to collection, Mailroom digitally safeguards your important packages.
